AOD 2010 will be held at the Hotel Kabuki, located in the heart of San Francisco's Japantown.

The third and fourth persons are $20 each, up to an official maximum of four per room.

The Japan Center Garage, located underground right below the hotel, is your most convenient option for parking at our event. There is also a limited amount of street parking (both metered and non-metered) in the vicinity of the hotel.

Wherever you choose to park, please exercise discretion and keep valuable items out of sight or take them with you. The hotel and convention are not liable for missing, stolen, or lost items.

From the South (SFO, Silicon Valley)

1. Take 101 North
2. Exit 9th Street
3. Take 9th street (staying in 2 left lanes) and cross Market to Hayes
4. Make a right onto Franklin Street
5. Stay on Franklin for about 8-10 blocks
6. Take a left on Geary Boulevard
7. Continue on Geary until Laguna Street (about 1 1/2 blocks)
8. Take a right on Laguna Street
9. Take a left on Post Street

The Hotel is located on the corner of Post and Laguna.

From the East Bay (Oakland Airport, Oakland, Berkeley, Sacramento)

1. Cross Bay Bridge into San Francisco
2. Once you get off the bridge you will be on 101 South
3. Exit 9th street/Civic Center
4. At the signal, go straight ahead onto Harrison Street
5. Go one block and turn right on 9th Street
6. At Market Street, the left lanes of 9th street turn into Hayes
7. Make a right onto Franklin
8. Take a left onto Geary Boulevard
9. Take a right onto Laguna Street
10. Take a left onto Post Street

The Hotel is located on the corner of Laguna and Post Streets.

From the North (Marin, Napa/Sonoma, San Rafael)

1. Take Highway 101 South, cross the Golden Gate Bridge
2. Slight left at Lombard St/US-101
3. Turn right at Fillmore St
4. Turn left at Post St

The Hotel is located on the corner of Laguna and Post Streets.

Muni

The bus lines stopping closest to the hotel are the 2, 3, 4, and 38/38L.
The nearest Muni Metro station is Van Ness, from which you can get to the hotel by taking the 49 up Van Ness (towards Geary) and then either transfer to the 38 at Geary or walk 3-4 blocks on Geary (up the hill) to get to the hotel.

BART

The nearest BART station is Civic Center. However, if you are taking BART in from the East Bay, you might want to get off at Montgomery Station, where you can catch the Muni 38 bus which will take you right in front of the hotel. If you get off at Civic Center, you would have to take two buses, or walk for quite a few blocks.
